Action Target PT Scout Target IPSC
The PT Scout Rifle-Rated Target Plates are designed with durability and sound in mind. Each plate features a 3/8" thick heavy-duty AR550 steel plate. We provided grade 8 carriage bolts that are hard enough to shed bullets and last longer than other bolts. Should extensive use wear down your plate, it is reversible, and easily performed with the 3/4" wrench we built into the foot of the PT Scout stand. With the target mounted to the PT Scout stand and 2x4, projectiles are directed safely and predictably down and away from shooters. The large footprint and balanced center of gravity keep your target upright. For larger calibers or uneven terrain, staking locations are also provided on the PT Scout stand feet.Range Masters and Match Directors can have confidence that they are using the safest steel targets ever produced. Action Target purchases more AR550 steel than anyone because we build ranges to stop and catch bullets all over the world. Our steel is plasma cut on a water table, reducing heat affected zones. The through bolts and the attached spring steel bracket enhance the sound, dramatically improving hit recognition by shooters and score keepers making the sound of hits clear from long distances. Changing target heads is simple and easy, requiring no tools on the range.
