The Protector series of monitors are ideally suited for high performance fire flows under rugged industrial conditions.

Task Force Tips Protector fixed location monitor with shutoff valve is constructed from aluminum with stainless steel components and has a red powder coat internal and external finish. The monitor has a uniquely designed waterway that reduces the amount of turns and reduces friction loss for a more efficient flow.

The monitor is designed for simplicity of maintenance, requiring no grease and has seals, seats and swiveling elements that can be replaced in minutes with minimal tools. Two 1/4" female NPT threaded ports are provided for an optional drain and pressure gauge.

An integral lever actuated stainless steel ball shutoff valve is included. The shutoff valve actuator has a position marker to allow visual observation of the valves position.

The monitor has a 4" ANSI 150 companion flange inlet and a 2.5" male NH discharge. The monitor is rated for flows up to 1250 gpm (4800 l/m).

The unit is covered by a five year warranty.
