Add these 12.5 lb. weights to the training vests to simulate a high-rise pack (hose bundle). The shoulder weights, along with the vest and Rescue Randy, are exclusively required for the validated Candidate Physical Ability Test developed by the I.A.F.F./I.A.F.C. Joint Fire Service Wellness-Fitness Initiative.
