Unlike traditional restraint methods that require looping straps or tying quick-release knots, the Secure-iN system utilizes permanently mounted securement straps that keep reusable restraints organized, accessible, and ready for immediate use. When a restraint is needed, providers simply release the restraint from its secure position beneath the stretcher and apply it to the patient, allowing for faster intervention during high-stress situations.
