Details

Offering durability, flexibility, and a solid grip, Petzl’s AXIS 11mm Low Strength Kernmantel Rope with Sewn Termination is excellent for working at height.

Measuring 0.43” in diameter, the AXIS Kernmantel Rope ensures a good grip for easier handling. The rope’s nylon core and polyester sheath with specific weave provide a consistent performance over time. EverFlex technology guarantees great flexibility over time and under any conditions (such as water, dust, or mud), allowing it to maintain excellent handling and optimal performance with devices.

The AXIS’s sewn termination with protective sheath helps keep the connector in position and facilitates handling. The termination can be used with an ASAP lock mobile fall arrester (which would meet the EN 353-2 standard) or in a rescue kit with an I’D S descender.
