Reusable and convenient elastic tourniquet has VELCRO® brand type closure. 

It adjusts to any tension desired for an effective way to achieve controlled vessel constriction to aid in IV placement or to assist in hemorrhage control.  This tourniquet is not a substitute for a commercial tourniquet for severe hemorrhage control or traumatic amputation hemorrhage control.
