Details

The Multi-Loop Rescue Strap is an innovative product for rapidly harnessing victims in high stress environments.

The simple design has been developed with great attention to detail, every feature fine tuned to meet the needs of rescuers working in low visibility, low dexterity and high stress. When you need to get them out fast, choose the ARS Multi-Loop Rescue Strap.

There are two versions of the MLRS, one with an integrated rigging ring and one with a carabiner. This version has the Rock Exotica Pirate WireEye Screw Gate Carabiner. This unique connector is a strong (26KN) and lightweight (2.9 oz) aluminum carabiner that also features a one-of-a-kind spring loaded lanyard connector. This provides the benefits of lanyard pin by keeping the carabiner in the ideal orientation for the load, but the flexibility to easily remove the carabiner for another application. The carabiner MLRS option is ideal for rescuers who want the immediate rigging/attachment option of an in place carabiner.

Features:
  • One continuous loop of one inch tubular webbing
  • 7' long
  • 11 individual loops
  • Reinforced end loops for orientation and easy handling
  • Integrated central rigging ring or carabiner
  • Compact size allows strap to be carried in the rescuer’s pocket
  • MLRS Breaking Strengths:
    • Basket (12,600 lbf)
    • Ring/Inverted U (6,100 lbf)
    • Choker (4,800 lbf)
    • Pocket Choker (2,100 lbf)
    • Pocket (1,100 lbf)
Reviewer: I tested the rescue strap with the carabiner for strength, durability, ease of use and functionality in cold and wet conditions. The rescue strap strength is rated well beyond anything I could put on it. It did not break dragging a tactical officer with full gear on the ground or even when I suspended myself with the strap. I also soaked the strap and carabiner in water and even froze the strap and it still remained flexible and easy to use. During the testing process, I could not even get the strap stitching to fail. In all, I would recommend this rescue strap and bag for tactical teams and TEMS (Tactical Emergency Medical Support).

Most versatile equipment in my pocket!

Posted by Verified Buyer on Jul 1st 2024

I have always been interested in this strap and let me tell you it’s probably one of my best investments. During our weekly drill night I trained with the ARS Rescue Strap repeatedly. I found uses from RIT rescues to hoisting equipment down a ladder. I will tell you there are over a thousand uses for the equipment and it is so simple to use and become familiar with. It is now my go to for anything from A-Z.it allows a quick and easy deployment during zero visibility and for when you need something simple and quick.
