    Just what I wanted

    This is just what I was looking for, and the price was great. I have not used the bail out bag yet (knock on wood)but after being a climber for a few years, I think this will work just fine in an emergency application. The only thing I dont like about this set up is that you have to have a place to attach it aka a rescue belt or harness. Other than that, the rope and bag are compact and not too heavy.

    HATS LOOKED GREAT ONCE I GOT IT, THEN ONCE I STARTED TO SWEAT AND THE SUN HIT IT, IT FADED BACK LIKE STARTED TO CHANGE COLOR. ITS COMFORTABLE AND I WOULD BUY ANOTHER SIMULAR HAT JUST NOT THIS TYPE OF HAT. I GUESS YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.

    I have no problems with the product, but my department will never buy from The Fire Store again. Before I received my order it went on sale for 15% off the embroidery. After several phone calls I was granted the 15%, around $13.00, in the form of a gift certificate for use on future purchase. After the fight and poor customer service, I won't put myself through the wringer again. The Fire Store was willing to lose my departments business rather than do the right thing and discount this order. The gift certificate is just a ploy to get me to buy more products to get the 15%. No Thanks Fire Store.I'll take my business elsewhere.

    Crooked Embroidery

    Hat was great. Maybe the best fitting hat I've had. The personalization on the back was extremely crooked. It started on the edge and by the end was a finger width from the edge. I returned it. Waiting for my money back.
