Pearce Grips’ Kahr P380/CW380 Grip Extension enhances the ergonomics of and enables better control over your Kahr pistol.

This grip extension replaces the base plate and internal locking plate on the Kahr P380’s or CW380’s magazine without altering the magazine’s capacity. The extension blends with the contours and texture of the handgun to provide a factory appearance. By adding approximately 1/2” of additional gripping surface to the magazine, the grip extension provides better comfort and control over the pistol without sacrificing concealability.
