And the leather?

Phenix uses only top-grain cowhide—strong, flexible, and true to the traditional look firefighters have always trusted. Modern vegetable-tanning techniques keep the leather soft and flexible, allowing the longer rear brim to flex under impact rather than transferring force to your neck. The raised crossover beams are tough, resilient, and built to take a hit without cracking.
