    Needs a slight improvement!

Posted by Verified Buyer on Nov 10th 2017

This product is exactly what I was looking for. It is a quick release ear piece, which finally allows me to use my radio when the ear piece is not plugged in. The sound quality is Excellent and i cannot believe how loud dispatch was the first time I turned on my radio. I had to turn my Volume down more than half way to where I used to keep it. Finally, the bad part. The two clips that hold this unit to my outside carrier are very flimsy plastic clips. The clip at my neck, which holds the ear tube to the rear of my head, basically will not hold. I hope the manufacturer can upgrade these clips.
