Ambry's MVP Wildland Firefighting Hose pack is the ideal pack for firefighters who want to fight fire faster!

Invented and patented by a firefighter and field tested by other firefighters, the Ambry Equipment MVP hose pack is a safe, ergonomic, multipurpose, comfortable, and easy to use hose pack. The MVP hose pack features big hand straps and clips that enable firefighters to deploy hose without having to take their gloves off.

The “Release and attack” design allows firefighters to engage the hose pack with one hand and unroll hose with the other hand in one motion. Once a fire is anchored, flanked, and pinched, firefighters can start mopping up immediately by grabbing the needed supplies out of the pack's utility pouch.

The MVP Hose Pack has a thick padded back and padded shoulder straps for added comfort. The pack was designed to sit on top of a firefighter's line gear to help distribute its weight more evenly to the shoulders, back, hips, and legs. Once a fire is mopped up and controlled, the MVP pack enables firefighters to easily repack “spaghetti hose.”

Great pack! We ordered these packs for our department after doing a demo. this is the best pack i have used in years and i did a few years in BDU Cal Fire. Comfortable, well constructed and best of all, they keep the hose super secure and easy to remove. no more rolls of hose dropping out during the hose lay. no more wrestling match to get the roll out of the pack either. thanks ambry, cant wait for you to come out with more wildland equipment.

Back to basics w/ an added bonus

Works great with short or extra tall crew members. Buckels can be replaced on the line so no need to send to a shop to sew anything if they get smashed. Everything is built to last. Like the old FSS packs but these have padding on the shoulders so no more digging in and a pad on the back so helps with anything poking threw. Top pouch works for are wye's and nozzle. Department bought 45 of them and no complaints by anyone besides having to do hoselays.
