The Doty Belt Patient Lift Assist Belt was created to provide the patient and provider safety, while also preserving the patient's dignity and well-being.

Developed with both the patient and the lifters in mind, Doty Belt's Assist Belt provides a distinct ergonomic advantage when lifting and maneuvering heavy, elderly, and bariatric patients; this advantage reduces the risk of back injuries for provides and increases security for patients. This lightweight belt is constructed of polyester webbing that's tensile tested up to 1,700 lbs. and is easy to clean. Steel Drings hold the webbing in place once the belt has been placed around the patient, while the rubber handles provide a comfortable and secure grip when lifting and carrying the patient. The Assist Belt comes in three different color-coded sizes: the small blue belt has four handles and expands from 17to 40in circumference; the regular yellow belt has four handles and expands up to 45in circumference; the large red belt has six handles and expands up to 80in circumference.
